We invite consumers to contact us for more information about their account. ARC is available from 8am-5pm PST to answer any questions that we can about your account, including verifying which of our partners can assist you directly with payments on your account.
Free Credit Report
You are entitled to one free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each of the three nationwide credit reporting companies. Order online from annualcreditreport.com, the only authorized website for free credit reports, or call 1-877-322-8228. You will need to provide your name, address, social security number, and date of birth to verify your identity.
This financial education resource provided by the federal government offers consumers information and tools to help them improve their financial position. These resources include well-rounded information broken down into what is known as the “MyMoney Five” earn, borrow, save & invest, spend and protect.
