Absolute Resolutions Corporation (ARC) has been actively involved with Receivables Management Association (RMA) formerly DBA International since the organization was founded in 1997. As part of our continued commitment to the association and to the industry at large, Absolute Resolutions Corporation is proud to announce our achievement of the Certified Professional Receivables Company designation.
“As one of the original Certification Counsel members, I have always believed that this program is a great step toward self-regulation in the receivables management industry” said President, Mark Naiman. “ARC is excited to be one of the first organizations to achieve certification, and proud to be an industry leader that is paving the way for the future of our businesses” he continued.
RMA’s Receivables Management Certification Program offers professional designations to companies and individuals operating and employed within the U.S. receivables industry. This “global standard” certification program was designed to promote uniform, consumer-oriented, best practice standards for the receivables industry.

Certification provides another avenue to demonstrate our commitment to compliance and separate ourselves from competitors” said President of Acquisitions, Laura Jensen. “We are always looking for new ways to demonstrate our level commitment, and this is another tool to distance ourselves from the competition” she added.
